The comprehensive package of services in the VIP lounge includes:

Accommodation in comfortable, air-conditioned waiting rooms equipped with TV systems, upholstered furniture and toilets;
Provision of free access to the Internet and the press;
Provision of seats for watching TV programs;
Registration of tickets and baggage registration for transportation;
Delivery of passengers from the airport terminal building to the aircraft parking area (hereinafter referred to as the AC);
Meeting passengers upon exiting the AC, delivery of passengers to the airport terminal building;
Transportation of baggage from the baggage claim belt to passengers and its subsequent delivery at the exit from the VIP lounge;
